Customer shall also have option to migrate from one plan to the other after paying the difference of the charges in both the plans. The migration will be on the basis of the advance written request and on completed calendar month basis.
The Domain registry will be got done from outside agencies to start with however keeping in view the volume of the business Data network will make arrangement to become channel partners for doing the Domain registry. DGM (S&W) Data Network Bangalore may be contacted for any help/ Assistance in this regard.
Other terms and conditions for the provision of the services are detailed below.
Terms and Conditions:
Plan-I is without Database Access.
Tariff is applicable for one year but subject to revision without prior notice.
Subscription period shall be one year and the entire Annual Tariff shall be payable in advance.
Customer shall have an option to migrate from one plan to other plan on the basis of written request after paying the difference.
If Customer needs additional storage space or additional email ids as specified under a specific plan, he shall have to migrate to the next higher plan by paying difference from the first day of the next consecutive month.
Email Quota shall be equally divided among all email ids under a specific plan.
2.5% of one time annual tariff per customer shall be payable to authorized Internet marketing agent by BSNL as an incentive and for popularization of service.

Other Terms and Conditions:
Minimum commitment period is One year and charges will be taken as advance.
One domain shall be given per order.
Domain Hosting Charge will be Rs 500 per year.
New domain registration will be charged as per actual.
Both these charges will be captured in the Demand Note(as part of initial charges)
Charges in excess of free Data Transfer upto 2 GB : Rs 2000/-
Charges in excess of free Data Transfer upto 5 GB : Rs 4000/-
Data Transfer over the above slabs will be charged in slab of 5 GB Data Transfer
Service tax will be charged extra.
